    Our global network is scalable and offers best-in-class support in every location worldwide

    We are independent and not tied to an own network of offices, which means we are free to select and work with the best relocation service partners in every location worldwide. Which is good news for our customers because it enables us to identify the best providers, benchmark their service and their costs to ensure you receive the best value on every move.

    Our Global Network of approved relocation providers

    We have meticulously identified, reviewed and rigorously selected over 1,200 of the best moving and relocation partners in each location for every service. As each partner has passed our quality checks and is managed closely by our team, you can feel safe that the service you receive meets the highest standards for service, safety and compliance.

    Best-in-class globally

    In each location we have selected a minimum of two partners covering immigration, home finding, school search, cultural and language training, household goods moving, settling-in, temporary accommodation and every type of support that may be required for a complete relocation service. We remain responsible for the service our approved partners provide on location.

    Supply Chain Management

    Our Supply Chain Management structure and Technology ensures that our global service is the best available.

    We have organically grown our global network since our business started. Over the decades it has expanded organically and continually improved in response to changes in the market, compliance standards, customer needs and new service developments.

    Partner identification and selection

    Research and screening of potential partners is conducted by our in-house Supply Chain Management function. We use our contacts, referrals, travel to destinations, partner offices, industry conferences and conduct virtual assessments to identify potential new partners. Potential new partners are enlisted onto our supply chain management technology before undergoing our rigorous selection process.

    We have a talented team who make up our supply chain management function. They are from the moving, relocation and global mobility industry who understand the operations, compliance and cost structures associated with each service. Their experience, supported by our processes and technology, ensure we can offer the best service available globally.

     

    Global-network-Partner identification and selection

    We conduct due diligence with pre-qualification screening questionnaires, investigating compliance, stability and reference checks. Service Level Agreements are put into place to ensure that approved partners have a complete understanding of our performance standards and Code of Conduct.

    A trial period is then put in place, under observation of our Supply Chain Management and Client Services teams. An implementation process ensures that once approved, our approved partners are supported with contractual documentation, integrated in to our Qualsys supply chain management technology, and work in collaboration with us to uphold our maintain service standards.

    Performance monitoring and compliance management

    We continue to support, evaluate and monitor the performance of our partners. Our team uses Qualsys to enhance our supply chain management processes technology platform to track the performance of each approved partner. Qualsys enables us to roll-out updates to compliance requirements and keep a record and audit our supply chain.

    We record and analyse feedback from each move and relocation, collating data from the people who are relocating, Global Mobility teams, and our own Relocation Managers to monitor and manage the quality of the service provided.
