Global Service Coordination
Managing a global mobility programme involves coordinating multiple providers across multiple locations. At Gerson Relocation our relocation coordination team sits alongside your Global Mobility team. They manage all aspects of the relocation experience including immigration, relocation, moving and expense processing for global, local and regional programmes as well as individual projects.
Global Supply Chain Reviews
We have spent many years reviewing and developing our global network of approved partners to identify the best providers in every location for each service. We have identified a minimum of two providers in each location for these services and we continually monitor their costs and service quality. This means that we can help select the best global network for your requirements. For example, if you operate a VIP programme, we can recommend our Premier Tier network of approved partners.
Reporting and transparency
As a client you have access to our relocation technology and reporting. This enables you to use our self-service options for initiating cases, managing, tracking progress and reporting on your relocation programme performance. We also offer regular reviews with your Account Manager to review progress, costs and plan for the coming period.
Throughout each case we provide an experienced Relocation manager to support and guide your assignee through their relocation. They will be their primary point of contact. Your relocating employee will also be supported at origin and destination by our locally based service specialists who report to our Relocation Manager.
By combining our relocation knowledge and experience with our expert mobility services, we are able to advise you on innovative solutions to the challenges your business faces when moving employees overseas. Our move management programmes and tools allow for an independent vendor selection from our accredited global supply chain network. Managing all facets of an international move requires the coordination of multiple elements from door to door. Our experienced Relocation Managers will deal with and execute all aspects of the process no matter where you are moving from or to in the world.
