    Ensuring governance and compliance of our international business

    Our compliance standards are defined by a number of factors, including those that we impose upon ourselves in order to maintain standards that exceed those of the industry, the legislative and financial standards set by the countries and states within which we operate, the associations of which we are accredited members, the ISO accredited management standards we have been certified to and those standards that are defined by our customers.

    We have a robust governance process in place which ensures we remain compliant and that there are controls in place to mitigate against risk. This provides best practice in terms of how we operate and ensure compliance at every level. Everything we do is overseen by the AGM Group board.

    Code of Conduct: Our company Code of Conduct is available to all employees, partners and customers. It sets out our standards, our whistle blowing policy and how we operate as a business.

    Key Associations: As an accredited member of key associations such as OMNI, FIDI, BAR, EuRA and Harmony Relocation Network, we must operate to their specific Codes of Conduct and standards. To maintain our accreditations, we must undergo regular audits and reviews. We must prove that we operate in accordance with the financial and legal requirements of the countries we operate in and that our employment practices and insurances are at the standard they need to be.

    FIDI FAIM: Our operations and management systems are independently audited by EY (formerly Ernst & Young).

    Financial regulatory: We file audited accounts in each country we operate in.

    Employment and legal regulatory: We comply to UK employment law.

    ISO Audits: We are audited by independent third parties to ensure that our quality management, environmental, health and safety and data security management systems are compliant with ISO standards.

    Our relocation and moving services are Harmony Relocation Network accredited

    Our processes and Quality Management Systems are ISO9001 certified

    Our processes and Environmental Management System is ISO14001 certified

    Our information security management system and technology is ISO27001 certified

    Our processes and Health & Safety Management system is ISO45001 Certified
