Video surveys are increasingly popular as they are secure and typically quicker than a home visit survey. It works in a similar way to having a video call on your smartphone or tablet.
The video survey will be conducted by an experienced surveyor using our smart app. Our professional surveyors understand the moving process and customs requirements so they are also able to answer your questions as you go round.
