Graham Horsler, one of Gerson Relocation’s longest serving and most experienced Move Managers returned from a recent FIDI training course in Belgium exhausted but very happy having achieved the Top Student Award. Field visits to Brussels Airport, the Port of Antwerp, also a mover’s warehouse and both air and sea freight forwarders facilities were also undertaken.
The course involved four separate examinations during the week based on General Knowledge of the industry, Relocations by Seafreight, Relocations by Airfreight and finally a two and a half hour exam based on a hypothetical move involving every aspect of a relocation; seafreight, airfreight, insurance, timing factors and much more!
Graham was successful in obtaining his diploma in “Essentials in International Moving” and also obtained the highest marks on the course receiving the highly sought after and prestigious “Top Student Award”
Niall Mackay, Gerson Relocation’s Managing Director comments; “Graham’s success is fitting tribute to his hard work, professionalism, and deep industry knowledge. I am delighted for him !”
